Description du projet
The specific objectives of this mission are :

Objective 1: Provide a situational analysis identifying systemic gaps (programmatic and financial) faced by CSOs in terms of disease control as well as legal barriers.

Objective 2: Provide recommendations on future CSO short-and long-term transitional interventions in regards these gaps and barriers and how CSOs should prioritize activities to ensure continued efficient and effective service delivery through a transition plan.

Objective 3: Identify CSOs’ funding needs to complete the transition, matching these needs with the requirements of various available international and domestic funding resources

Compétences requises
Qualifications and skills:
- Master’s / PhD degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Health Management, Health Financing, or related fields;
- Knowledge of the Global Fund processes and requirements, and its Sustainability, Transition and Co-financing policy;
- Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills;
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in assessing programmatic needs and gaps in the context of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria interventions;
- Solid experience in the field of public health, including experience in needs assessment for civil society organizations;

International expert : CSO funding needs, donor requirement and capacity support

Qualifications and skills:
- Master’s / PhD degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Health Management, Health Financing, or related fields;
- Knowledge of the Global Fund processes and requirements, and its Sustainability, Transition and Co-financing policy;
- Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Thai is an asset.

Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in assessing CSO funding needs in conjunction with Global Fund and other donor requirements;
- Work experience in South-East Asia (preferably in Thailand), engaged with the Global Fund or other international organizations
