Compétences requises
Key Skills and Experience :
• Driven and self-motivated leader;
• Collaboration and effective communication;
• Demonstrated experience in technology project coordination and management;
• Demonstrated experience in operational support coordination and technology training;
• Excellent presentation and writing skills;
• Community development, relationship building and mobilization skills;
• Multi-cultural competencies and ability to cope in challenging environments (rural and remote, poor infrastructure, underserved and low-income contexts, highly conservative communities);
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• English, Arabic/Hassaniya and French fluency. Understanding of spoken Mauritania dialects, a plus;
• Experience in health industry engagement, particularly in immunization a plus

Qualification :
• A Master’s degree (or its equivalent) in Business, Information & Communications Technology, Public Administration, Health Studies or related fields, Project Management or related discipline.
• A Bachelor’s degree with adequate experience in the right context shall be accepted;
• 5+ years practice in managing technology related development or social strengthening projects in Africa, with experience working with donors, governments and technology providers;
• Industry experience in international development, public private partnerships and/or digital inclusion;
• Ability for frequent domestic travels;
• This position will require ability to work early mornings/late nights due to scheduling with global partners staff and respective time zones.
