Under the responsibility of the Director and the Financial and administrative Manager, you will be managing various long and short term projects within the Public Health Sector financed by international Donors. You will be working in close collaboration with:

- The person(s) in charge of the technical follow-up of the project;
- The technical assistants of the program and the local teams;
- The Finance and accounting department;
- When the program is implemented by a consortium, with the members of this consortium

Specific Tasks:

- Project Management:
o ensure the project is managed according the plan and expenses are made in compliance with the Funding Agencies’s procedures,
o ensure formal communications with the client, establishing and developing good relations with partners and experts,
o follow-up project reporting
o field-visits on some of the assignments.
- Human resources management : resource planning, recruiting and follow-up of experts
- Administrative and financial management: administration, logistics, supervising the financial aspects of the projects (approving incoming invoices, invoicing the client, review project accounting, budget and cost control, etc.)
- Tenders: development of financial proposals in collaboration with the technical and commercial departments.

Compétences requises
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Science or International Relations;
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience with EU and/or international donor financed projects is desirable, preferably in the social sectors (Health, Education, Water and Sanitation);
- Good finance and analytical skills; high accuracy and attention to details;
- A proven track record in Project Management is an advantage;
- Proactive personality, combined with very good diplomacy and assertive skills;
- Ability to manage simultaneously different projects varying in size and complexity;
- Ability to work in multicultural environment/team;
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent command of MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
