Quentin BAGLIONE is a health economist specialised in developing and transition countries.
He joined AEDES team in 2012 and was charged of:
• CT expertise missions (South Africa, DRC, Haiti, Zimbabwe, Lesotho ...) in the field of health economics and more particularly in the area of ​​hospital financing (pricing method, exemptions from payments, analyzes of the real and normative costs of the hospital, sources of financing, budgeting, etc.) and economic evaluations (cost-effectiveness analysis, etc.) of stock-outs of antiretrovirals and essential drugs and the management of chronic diseases. He has participated in numerous health facility assessments ranging from health centers to the reference general hospital.
• He held a position of technical assistant resident of a reorganization project of the State University Hospital of Haiti
• technical follow-up at AEDES headquarters on long-term programs in the field and  preparation of technical offers.
He is a founding member of Oeconomia Expertise, a subsidiary of AEDES specialised in health economics and financing, created in 2018 in Senegal, where he is currently based.
