Project description
AEDES is preparing a proposal in reply on the request for services for the “Assessment of the Ukrainian regulations and administrative management of the pharmaceutical sector, from products' registration procedures applicable to medical products (vaccines, blood products and drugs) to public procurement by relevant entities under supervision of the Ministry of Health.” (Framework Contract BENEF2013 lot 8 Health for EU).

Job qualification
- Education:
At least Master degree in law, medicine, pharmacy, or other discipline relevant for the implementation of the contract.

- General professional experience:
At least 12 years of proven experience of work in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Specific professional experience:
At least 5 years of proven experience as practitioner in the framework of pharmaceutical regulatory matters, especially in the public sector (within a Ministry, national regulatory agency, or international organisation).
Experience in reforming pharmaceutical regulatory and institutional frameworks in central and eastern European countries with specific experience in transition reforms will be an asset.

- Language skills:
Excellent command of both spoken and written English; the knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian would be an asset.
Mission duration and start date
50 working days
Five missions on site are planned between 14 Sept 2015 and May 2016.
